Stage 1

Internal Review

Your application goes to a real person on our team, not a black box, not an AI bot. We review every submission and will follow up — whether we're moving forward or not. 
Stage 2

Screening

After you apply, we'll review your background and reach out if we see a strong fit — starting with a brief screening conversation. 
Stage 3

Team Interview

 nterviews at EBCAP are a two-way conversation. We want to understand your experience and what drives you — and we want you to leave knowing whether this is the right place for you. For mid- to senior-level roles, we start with a team interview so you can hear directly from future colleagues and get multiple perspectives on the role and what it's like to work at EBCAP. 
Stage 4

Final Interview

The final conversation is with the people closest to the hiring decision — typically a VP or senior leader. Depending on the role, you may be invited to share a work sample or presentation. We'll give you clear instructions and enough time to prepare. 
Stage 5

Offer

When we make an offer, we want you to feel confident saying yes. You'll have time to review your compensation package, ask questions, and make the decision that's right for you.  
Stage 6

Hired

Getting you to your first day takes a little preparation — the specifics depend on your role. We'll tell you exactly what's needed, what to expect, and how long it's likely to take. Our goal is to make this part of the process as smooth as possible.
